Today is the start of Volunteers Week! It’s the third sector's opportunity to recognise and give thanks for the many contributions that our wonderful volunteers have made. It's estimated that 12 million people in the UK volunteered during the pandemic, in some shape or form, to support our work, the NHS, their local communities and wider society in general. Please acknowledge them, even if it's just a quick email, text message, or social media post where you tag their handle, because it's very important that they see it. Thank you everyone.
