I wonder if any of you lovely people could help me with some practical examples of KPIs for a health awareness/information campaign. I'm really stumped. 

The campaign is about awareness/avoiding risk factors so there are no real 'sign-up' or 'donate' style calls-to-action. The CTAs are really just around being aware/avoiding risk factors. The results will be (hopefully) better health outcomes but this is only going to be visible on a population levels or over a period of years. So it's really tough to tie any changes in health outcomes to the time-limited campaign. 

Can anyone suggest what kind of results KPIs I could set? All I can come up with are reach/engagement KPIs that we can track using web/social analytics. But outside of analytics I'm really struggling.
