Hello, 

I am looking for legal advice for transferring ownership of my CIC's mobile app to an LTD.

The reason for this is so that we can obtain the investment needed to keep the app going, and continue to help the businesses/local community that it was set up for - without the investment the app would simply close down and the CIC would have to be dissolved. We cannot get the amount of investment needed for the CIC to keep going as a CIC.

Ideally I would like to sell or transfer the app to a new LTD that we own, as I understand I cannot simply change the CIC to an LTD. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this, or if they know of any legal practices who would offer free advice on the matter?
