Looking for a hall in East Ham and surrounding areas

Hello, my name is Ms. Esther Luty, secretary of La Source Intarissable Church. We are looking for a hall for about 40 people to worship on Fridays (6:30–8:00 pm) and Sundays (2:30–5:00 pm).
We would prefer something affordable, with the possibility of a long-term arrangement.
Could you please let me know if your hall is available and the rental conditions?
