Hi all I'm new here and looking for advice on job searching in the charity sector, my area is Marketing & Comms. I've been living in Dubai since 2006, moved back to the UK 18months ago. Opportunities for charity work and volunteering in the UAE for expats are extremely limited because of the way the sector is setup there but in 2017 I finally managed to make the shift and secure my dream job as Head of Marketing & Comms for Gulf for Good. Now I'm back in the UK I desperately want to continue in the charity sector and would GREATLY appreciate any advice/guidance on how to best approach my applications - does having no UK charity experience matter?
