Looking for legal advice (ideally free) in relation to a Cleaning Contract Dispute

Hello all,
I'm looking for some advice please.
We are having a challenge with our cleaning company, who are insistent that we pay for services during the period we were in national lock down. The office was closed and therefore the cleaners were not able to access. As they did not provide any service we are not in agreement with them and are going round the houses with no resolve.
Clause 8 in the our contract:
If *** are prevented by The Client or anyone acting on the client's behalf from completing the work, the client will be charged for services during this time. This includes instances where the client has failed to provide access to the relevant site if this is what has been agreed.
Any support of advice would be greatly appreciated.
