We are a small children's charity in Oxford.  I discovered in July that the Charity Commission's Digital Services were being updated and that I needed to get a new "Charity Account".  

I started the process of setting up a ‘My Charity Commission Account’ as a Charity Contact.  I followed the instructions,  sent an email requesting a link to set up an account.  Since July I have sent four email requests - none of which have been responded to and rung the dedicated phone line twice - I was number 39 in the queue, hung on for 35 minutes until I was cut off when I was number 22!

I will need to submit out annual reports and accounts soon but have no hope of doing that - does anyone have advice on how to get a response from the CC?  Any help would be much appreciated.
