Hi everyone
We're a small UK charity and up to now when we get new donors we send them a nice 1 page letter to say thank you for donating, this is what your money goes towards etc. But on a recent course they discussed using new donor welcome packs to include letter, leaflet about the charity, printed newsletter and a couple of freebies such as stickers.
I had not really thought about welcome packs for either one off or regular donors. Does anyone use new donor welcome packs? Can I ask if there is a good return for the cost of sending out these packs? and are they something that we should really have been doing anyway?
