Organisation tips for finance officers who are WFH?

Hi folks,
Can you help me in how to prepare for end of year finance auditing.
Working from home means I have my files scattered everywhere mostly in office where I can't have access as a result of the lockdown.
I'm really struggling with the amount of work needed to achieve before audit in March. I could use some tips on how to get on top of things- organising my files and folders.
