We are a small charity with limited photos and videos, so the ones we have tend to get used fairly frequently, showing our volunteers, supporters and/or beneficiaries.
We use a photo & film consent form (one version for adults and another for images of children) which is great, but we do not set a time limit on how long we will use the photo/film for.
What does your organisation do?
- Does your consent form state a maximum duration for photo use?
- If you state a maximum, how long is that?
- Do you advise the person(s) in the photo each and every time you use it?
