CharityConnect: Pro bono legal support required for lease of land
Hello everyone,
we are looking for pro bono legal support to help agree our heads of terms and a lease in order to pursue our proposal to build a community hub in Laleham Park, Surrey. The site is currently owned by Spelthorne Coucil. We have been quoted £10-£20K for this work so far.
I know this is a big ask, but wondering if anyone has any contacts within the legal sector that can help. Looking for a solicitor that specialises in property ideally. It's an ambitious proposal.
Thanks
