Recommendation on expense claim software

I'm looking for recommendations for a good staff expense claim software. I've always used Excel for staff expense claims but my boss wants me to seek out an online platform. We currently use Sage50 but will be migrating to a new accountancy software in the next few years (possibly Xero or QB).
We are a medium sized charity with lots of committees, and lectures (so speakers expenses to reimburse too), as well as internal staff. Some expenses are foreign currency (I currently use FX websites to get £ equivalent
The platform therefore needs to be accessible to a wide variety of audiences.
