Hi, can anyone offer any help/advice for recruiting new trustees and treasurer? We've had adverts on the borough volunteering hub, LinkedIn and ICAEW charity job hub for months and not had a single application. We are a small charity which manages a Grade II* listed house and woodland in Wigan Borough. Recruitment is critical because we have no succession to our officer roles, and our trustee numbers are close to minimum per our Articles. Thank you!
