Registering Overseas Charity in UK

Hello, We are a Spain based charity that provides financial support to UK nationals in Spain including repatriation for vulnerable folks. A signifcant part of funding is from UK and I would be very grateful for any feedback from anyone on the subject with an idea of costs and proecdures to set and and run, Thank you!
