I am a Trustee of a small UK charity as well as being a Fundraiser and I am wondering if anyone else is having difficulty registering with the Paypal Giving Fund? I agreed to set it up thinking it was a quick job and so far I have spent several weeks to no avail...

We have set up a charity Paypal account as a non-profit with no problems but when we get to the stage where we need to 'Confirm our charity status' to enrol on the Paypal Giving Fund it redirects us to the 'Lift Limits' page. There does not seem to be anywhere where you can enter your charity number and despite Paypal Giving Fund being a UK registered charity there is no email address on the Charity Commission website to which we can send a copy of documents proving our charitable status.

Paypal Giving Fund do not seem to have their own customer support and Paypal customer support are trying but are used to helping people with Paypal accounts..! All we want to do is register with Ebay for Charity (which requires enrolment with Paypal Giving Fund first) and sell a handmade quilt that was kindly donated to us recently. If anyone has had the same experience and has solved the issue I would be extremely interested in hearing from you.
