Starting a CIC with my Ltd Company

Hi guys,
I am extremely new to charities and would love some advice. I have a company that already trades in live music (entertainment bands) and am opening a different sector of the business (brought on by covid) for an online music school (music lessons).
From what I can see, the best way for me to do this in order to help those who need it would be via a CIC charity. I am basically trying to get a balance between helping those who need it and also earning money for myself and the teachers.
Will I have to set up a whole new company or can I setup a CIC within my current Ltd company? It feels like a silly question but I don't know the answer. Please help. All positive advice is appreciated
