Hi - bit of an odd one - we are really struggling to fill an Events Co-ordinator role with a suitable candidate. We used several agencies, social media such as LinkedIn etc. and no joy. There is an issue with candidate quality - even basic suitable experience is hard to come across - we pay well for our area, the benefits are good, the job spec is thorough. Yes, we ask a lot but there are also lots of opportunities and training. Any suggestions or referrals or ideas of what we might be doing wrong?
