Helplines Partnership has launched a new programme of skills based training courses. The courses are designed for helpline workers and volunteers because we know that confidence and skills in call handling from the outset are the building blocks for an effective helpline.
We are offering a 10% early bird discount on courses booked by Friday 16 August. That's a saving of £14.90 on the £149 member price and £24.50 on the £245 non-member price.
