Take advantage of discounted skills-based helpline training

Helplines Partnership has launched a new programme of skills based training courses. The courses are designed for helpline workers and volunteers because we know that confidence and skills in call handling from the outset are the building blocks for an effective helpline.
We are offering a 10% early bird discount on courses booked by Friday 16 August. That's a saving of £14.90 on the £149 member price and £24.50 on the £245 non-member price.
There are four new courses, three of which are designed to be completed in sequence.

Make three bookings and you can save an additional 10% by using the Helplines Learning Pass. That means making a total saving of 20%.
