I'm wondering if anyone can share some practical tips about recruiting more diverse employees and volunteers?
I've been to a few webinars, have done some thinking, research and had some recommendations made but I still feel like in our recruitment we're not reaching more diverse audience. I've researched some job boards that promote themselves as 'inclusive' and 'diverse' but I don't know how popular they really are among job seekers and if advertising on them is not going to be just a tick box exercise.
I would really love to hear other people's experience and practical suggestions what they've done to recruit people from different backgrounds.
