Transfer of leases from unincorporated charity created by Trust Deed to CIO—advice needed

Any recommendations please for pro-bono or reduced cost advice on issues arising from lack of fully documented transmission of legal title of leases granted pursuant to old trust deed to trustees now needing to be transferred to CIO?
We are a micro environmental charity in West Sussex.
