Hi,
We are fundraising for a USA pilot of our service and a large organisation has agreed to donate money. They have asked for a W-8 IRS form which covers our tax status as a foreign entity. It looks complex and like something we will need some specialist advice on.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is the W-8 form required for a donation?
