What are other Care Sector Charities planning for no more sponsorships after July 2028?

As a charity within the care sector, we are increasingly concerned about the upcoming changes limiting our ability to sponsor or renew Care Support Worker visas beyond July 2028.
We are keen to understand how other, similar organisations are approaching their workforce planning in light of this. From our perspective, there is a real risk that without viable alternatives, the care sector will face a significant workforce shortfall.
It would be valuable to hear how others are strategically preparing for the future and mitigating these potential challenges.
