Have these major outages been a regular occurence with CAF Bank?

PayPal & SumUp: How do charities with 5 or more trustees manage to sign up for them?

We're currently setting up PayPal and SumUp accounts for a new charity, and we're having trouble in filling out the forms successfully without being inaccurate on them.
On SumUp, we're asked to enter a list of people with 25% or more of the ownership / control / voting rights of the organisation. Because we have six trustees with voting rights split equally between them, there are obviously zero people on that list. However, SumUp puts the person setting the account on that list automatically, and does not let us take them off.
On PayPal, we're asked to enter the names of people eligible to sign for the organisation, those who control the organisation through asset ownership or family connections, and also those who have 25%+ control (like SumUp). Because neither of the latter two apply to anyone at our charity, we can't submit the form.
Any charity with 5 or more trustees that uses either of these services will presumably have overcome these issues, so if you could say how that would be fantastic. Thank you for any help you can give.
