Has anyone else had negative experiences with USAID? For us, it is in terms of Comms products... we are still waiting on approval of some success stories from February! 

We go for months waiting on feedback with radio silence, then a flurry of USAID making arbitrary changes, which are things like a subjective change of sentence structure, or a particular adjective. Additionally, some changes they make to the English language version of articles are grammatically incorrect or don't make sense (our work is in DRC, so we publish in French and English - as a US organisation, you would think that a native/fluent English speaker would be reviewing the English version). 

I am interested to hear other peoples' experience, as we have feedback on this issue many MANY times and are just dismissed.
