What do we need to do if our charity is insolvent and the board has resigned?

I wonder if anyone can offer any advise. We are unfortunately insolvent. All of our board have also just resigned. This has been reported to the charity commission.
Is there anything that I need to do or can anyone recommend an Insolvency Practitioner? Thank you
