Consultant recommendations to support process mapping (Anonymous post 🤫)
Hi everyone,
I am part of the HR team at SpecialEffect in Oxfordshire. We have 30 employees and are a medium-sized charity.
What kinds of benefit packages do similar-sized charities offer? We offer flexible/hybrid working and we have a health cash plan and EAP in place already.
Does anyone have an opinion on whether other benefits (death in service, salary sacrifice etc) are standard across the sector?
