Can anyone recommend a good system for recording annual leave and suchlike? As a manager, I find it hard to keep track of the teams' annual leave, flexi etc. They send me forms to approve their AL, then i have to save them two places, approve, send back, then record in outlook calendar. They have their own time sheets where they record all their flexi etc. and hours. Then I have a separate spreadsheet where I record a running total of all the different balances for each team member.
Surely there must be an easier way or a system that can do all that for me?! :-) I had a demo with our HR provider yesterday of their system which appears much easier than the current one, however there was no facility to record flexi or any extra hours worked, only the ability to request it as time off.
