This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
Charity registration as CIO unsuccessful after charity (an unincorporated association) received more than £5,000 income in donations, grants and membership fees.
I'm unsure how we should proceed as unsure where the organisation is legally as an unincorporated association, and not successful in it's charity registration.
