What should we do during an ongoing SI from the Commission?

The Commission has been conducting SI about our charity since Sept. 2024.
So far they raised many questions and demanded 6 years details of everything about the charity.
Everything is in order and they did not identify any wrong doings.
Can anyone advise us what should we do? I really appreciate any help
