Join our Leadership Connections event, hosted by Esther Kwaku, Founder of The Nerve Network. She'll be diving into the simple somatic practices to centre yourself during challenging moments. A practical toolkit for defining (or redefining) your purpose, with space for those 'aha' moments.
Within the session Esther will teach you how to:
• Discover how to reconnect with what lights you up, especially when the world feels like it's moving at lightning speed
• Learn practical ways to make joyful work a reality, not just an aspiration
• Build confidence to experiment playfully and try new approaches to work that energise you

- Esther's talk on key trends to expect in 2025. (10 mins)
