Accounting systems and accounts payable

Finance

Luci Brady Head of Finance and Operations at Cardiomyopathy UK Posted 1 year ago

Hi,
I am looking at moving away from Sage 50 and wondered if anybody is using Xero. I am specifically wanting to know if Xero can effectively distinguish between unrestricted and restricted funds while using tracking category's for departments. Our restricted funds will be project based.
I am also looking at implementing an invoice approval system and need some recommendations for cheap systems out there. I looked at Web expenses but is a bit out of our price range.
I also realise that if we do move away from Sage we will have some cost savings and there is some affordable add ons within Xero.
Thank you, Luci
