Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for a bank that uses an app for transaction approval and can set up signing authorities?  Also, dealing with foreign exchange a bank that does not defer bank charges?  Everyone has different experiences with charity banking and I'm not sure that any one bank ticks all the boxes, but absolutely do not want to consider CAF.  I have used NatWest before and they were pretty good, but I found the admin setup overly complex.
