Hi Community!
I'm currently working on a guide for recruiters that outlines ways you can improve inclusivity and diversity from the recruitment stage. It will be looking at things like:
- Creating a diversity framework within your organisation
- Establishing a top-down approach (i.e. evaluating whether your trustee board is diverse enough)
- Committing to fair compensation
- How blind recruitment can eliminate inherent bias and open your role to a wider range of candidates
- Ensuring an inclusive onboarding process
If you have any experience with the above, I'd love to hear from you! Especially if you've been able to successfully apply frameworks and hiring processes that have improved the diversity of your organisation.
