Anyone have experience implementing OneTouch in care services?

We are looking to set up a CRM for a start-up charity. I would be grateful for any personal recommendations based on affordability and ease of use. I know there are some free versions but not sure how long we would be able to use one before an upgrade is needed. Any advice gratefully received.
