Hello! I have started a small initiative that eats up all of my time. I have a handful of volunteers who completed their processes and agreed to be part of a chat, only to be absolute potatos. It's like talking to a wall when I'm trying to engage with them and ask them for event ideas and attendance.
Any advice on how to go about it? Scrap them all or be extremely diplomatic and patient?
