HI we are looking to introduce volunteering for 16+ people to join us. What do we need to in preparation to get them on board. We have suitable insurance in place.
Would we need to obtain written consent from a parent or guardian for volunteers aged 16–17?
Would they need to be accompanied or supervised by an adult at all times while volunteering?
Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
