Hi everyone, I am looking to get your thoughts on thanking. 

I work for a small/medium national charity and we currently send out thank you letters to donors above £10 and send out approx 50 letters a month. It isn't particularly labour intensive and I think it is an important part of fundraising. That being said, postage is getting more expensive. My question is, do any of you email thank you's? And if you do, have you had any feedback on it?
