I work for a small charity, income c£250k pa. We are looking to implement a new sick pay policy and I would be grateful for examples of the current advice on sick pay entitlement for small charities as well as any sample policy wording. I am interested in the first six months (probation) then up to five years of service. If you would be able to share a copy of your policy that would fantastic.
