Hello,
I was wondering if anyone uses an answering/customer support service for their incoming calls. We are very small and I am the only member of staff, making having an inbound line tricky to maintain. In the longer term, I would very much like a helpline, but this will take time to build a case for. In the interim, I am looking for a service that could answer all of our calls and support referrals to our other services.
At the moment, we do not have a phone line in and I am exploring this as well as setting up an internal land line.
Thank You,
Mel
