Anyone used online raffle ticket sales company Zaffo?

Hello,

I hope you're all keeping well and safe. I just wondered whether anyone had used online raffle ticket company Zaffo to sell raffle tickets online? https://www.zaffo.com/

We used them last year to sell raffle tickets for a draw we were doing, and are struggling to get our ticket sales money from them. We should have had the money in January. Wondered if anyone had had any issues, heard of any issues?

Also I wanted to warn others not to sign up to this in the future....you may not get the funds for the money you raised.
