Hi Everyone!
Thought I’d jump on here to say a quick hello and introduce myself!
My name is Max, and I’m very excited to be stepping in as your new Community Manager. I’ve got some big shoes to fill, taking over from the fantastic work Ocean has done cultivating this community over the last few years.
I'm coming over from our sister site, CharityJob, where I worked in customer success, helping to maintain relationships and ensuring that our users had the best experience possible.
As mentioned by Ocean, I will be coming on Part-time, initially working on CharityConnect Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. But please feel free to message me whenever, and be assured that during those days, I will be giving 100% of my efforts in maintaining the great community that has been created here.
Speaking of community - I cant do any of this without you! Please feel free to send me a message letting me know if you need any help, feel like there is something missing, want to see more of something, or just to say hi.
I look forward to continue building this community and getting to know you all.
