Over the last few weeks the #NongraduatesWelcome campaign has gained momentum on Twitter. The campaign calls for organisations to rethink the requirement for unspecified degree-level qualifications in charity job descriptions. Given the wider conversations about diversity and inclusion in the charity sector, many fundraisers have been speaking out about the negative impact this requirement has and how it creates unnecessary barriers for people who - through choice or through circumstance - didn't go to university.
