Our campaign has been going for 15 years. We're run entirely by volunteers and at present only the chair has the required tech skills and does most of the work.

Is there a good way to recruit volunteers?
We've tried from within our membership but it's not yielding much response.

Is it better to search for volunteers who have a less 'immediate' connection with the issues on which we're campaigning?
