Hi all, I have recently joined a smallish regional charity whom have been reluctant to use volunteer fundraisers before, although this is because they have never had a dedicated fundraiser and have viewed them as too labour intensive to manage. I want to step this up and challenge this narrative, but before I do, I'd love to know any top tips you have about managing a community of volunteer fundraisers before I start reaching out to recruit some.
