Hi all, 

We're soon going to be launching a new brand and website and I was wondering if anyone was happy to share some ideas on how they've successfully launched, internally and externally?

We're facing quite a few challenges as we have 900 staff based across 37 sites, and engagement is currently low. We need to keep merch to a minimum but still want people to engage with the new brand and understand how the transition will affect them, and what they need to do to support the roll out. Also, not all staff have access to email or intranet or aren't in the habit of checking them. 

You can see why help is needed - if anyone has an idea that has worked well for them I'd be grateful!
