Changing status on Facebook to charity

Hi all - I work at a charity with an established Meta/Facebook/Instagram account, which was mysteriously registered as a business, rather than a charity (this pre-dated me!) We're trying to convert our status/category to 'charity', but cannot figure out how to do so. Has anyone else come across this issue?
