It seems I'm alone in trying to set my charity / project up, not because it's not a good because I know it's unique and very good idea but I don't know any friends who are interested in being a part
Currently my idea for both the charity and project are on paper only with websites ready to promote but is it really possible to do it alone ?
My situation is this, idea for mental health charity with aims and goals which I feel can be achieved then there's a side project using a similar name with something very unique to offer those the charity is for but it's also a business model to earn revenue for the main charity
My plan was to put my own 5k to register the charity or do some fundraising to do it and have the side project as a CIC , after now learning that a CIC and CIO are different I'm now thinking of the main charity being the CIO and side project a CIC still
Any input is much appreciated, I'd also like to try get people interested in being a part of this. I'm based in Lancaster but the project I have to offer can be more than just local it can be national even international because of the format I'm offering 😊
