This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We're a non profit sports and social club. We're looking to appoint new trustees to the club after one of the existing trustees resigned. The constitutional document is old and has no relevance to the club, there is no committee in place and currently no official members. The existing trustee wants to appoint new trustees in order to shape the club moving forward.
Could the documents for the new trustee appointments be put together for us, or do we put our own together and have them signed off by a professional?
