Charity Shop Viability

Hi everyone
This is a question for charity leaders who have high street charity shops.
I have three shops and all three of them are currently losing money. Obviously, the bills, rent, salaries and business rates have increased across the country, but I'm wondering if you could tell me:
A) are you in profit - yes/no/break even
B) what region of the UK you're in
C) any advice for creative income generation at shops that are costing a lot.
