I'm looking for some advice regarding identity verification for Companies House. Some of our trustees (who are the directors of our charity) are non-UK residents, based overseas and do not have biometric passports. From our efforts so far, I understand this means they are unable to verify their identity online, and their location means the in-person option at the Post Office is also not possible. 

I've tried to reach out to some ACSPs on the approved list, and so far they will only provide support if you are an existing client using their services for accounting, auditing etc. Our auditors are unable to help. 

Can anyone advise?
